All About Me

Untitled photo

My love for photography began as a young child when my father converted our downstairs bathroom into a make-shift dark room.  He would develop photos and I would watch in awe as the plain photographic paper turned into a photograph.  Ultimately, I ended up saving my lunch money just to buy a roll of 200 ISO film to use on my point-and-shoot Canon camera.

Throughout my youth, I've experimented with various types and styles of photography.  I decided to move my photography into the digital world and my first digital camera was a Sony Mavica MVC-FD5.  I was so proud of that camera because I didn't have to buy film anymore as it wrote the data directly to a 3.5" floppy disc!!

As I entered my college years, my love for sports began to grow and it wasn't until my adult years that I realized that I can combine my love for sports and my love for photography together!

Today, I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to shoot not only my children's sports but numerous amateur and professional sports here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I look forward to each and every opportunity to shoot sports photography, no matter where I go.  With that said, I am proud to have my work featured online on popular mainstream sites such as ESPN, USA Today Sports, and Fox Sports.

Additionally, my work has been featured on television news segments and their network affiliates for ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, and printed publications locally and internationally.

I'd like to hear from you so please feel free to contact me anytime!

PS:  For those wondering, yes…I still have my original Sony Mavica digital camera and no, I don't have a functional drive to read 3.5" floppy discs anymore!
